I enjoy your videos because you always talk about safety and the proper way to work out.For example, you talked about the proper way of doing push ups so as not to put too much strain on the wrist in one of your videos.I think your videos are some of the best for people wanting to work out in a safe way.

Well, if you do a one-arm pushup with perfect form it takes exactly twice the strength of a two handed pushup. However, if you watch most people do one-handers they do NOT use perfect form. They also put quite a torque on your spine that can cause problems for some.

Hey man, I'm a long term gym goer - like yourself no doubt. Good video, by the way.Just a question, at the moment I try to do 3 different routines in sequence. I go to the gym every second day, so run through the workouts in order.I've had good results so far, and I'm probably in the gym - including weights / cardio / swim - for about 2 to 3 hours total. I try limit my time there to 2 ;)Any tips? I know this is a vague question :P Forgive me. Thanks again. |
