1. Moffat has been doing episodes with Tennant for a while now.2. His episodes have always been of a superb caliber with many being nominated and winning awards.3. Tennant is aware of the above two points.

You're saying Dr Who is more Star Trek when it't the other way around? Anyway, is not that I care, just pointing a fact. So David's finally leaving. I'm sad. It's sad indeed. But the new doctor is cute and I hope he's doing a great doctor.

Not a huge Dr. Who fan (more Star Trek), and just a bit curious about David Tennant. I must say, that I have the same reaction to him that I have to C.S.I. Miami's David Caruso - don't like their acting, but both appear to be really, really nice, intelligent people when you see them interviewed. The type of person who I'd like to sit down and have a drink with.
