I am 6'1" and age 16, I weigh at 160 Pounds, and weight lift often, I am after the bottem 4 packs and wondering, would it serve me better to lose weight, or just try to build muscle and eat the same calories? (Muscle weight would make a higher need of calories, but I would keep constant with the lower weight's count.)

Yaoo, i lost much weight by eat less and train harder. I've lost from 86 kg down to 72 kg. But now im around 76, guess it's a bit mucles i have gained and a little fat that i feel i need. ;)
