No. Its not a pop song, its not just a moviesountrack (yes, it should be one, this composition became a suite later, first it was concepted as movie soundtrack). but:Shostakovich didn't wrote a stupid tune for dancing. Every single melody written by him has a deeper sence, some kind of.. atmosphere, something special. the only special thing about Andre Rieu is his unbelievable stupid smile. He is reducing classic masterpieces for his commercial succes. it is... simply... very bad
