Thats a Lampson crane, takes 3 men to operate, and if you look closely on the video you can see one operator running away, but those Ironworkers never had the chance. Notice the other crane it hits too. Ive seen another camera angle and those loud booms are the cranes counterweight stacks falling of the dolley they roll on.
