i dig this but when you lean back to feel the contraction, your using momemtum and if your lifting hvy then that motion is gonna help you. i still prefer to lock my body in one position to avoid that momemtum.

cause with too much swing all your using is your weight not your muscles

I do back and biceps on 2 different days...do you think I might be doing to much biceps/or overtraining them since most back workouts also train the biceps?

true and false you have to puh yourself to do and extra 1-5 reps to get the deep muscle fibres to work

Out of curiosity, why is no swing just as worthless as too much swing?

military wouldnt work as well, as it is a push exercise.which will work you shoulders.e.g you push the bar up.and this is lat "pull downs".i suggest making a pull up bar.that is one of the best back work outs you can do. |
