I love this Trivia show, but I totally agree -- it's a total waste. The celebrity commentators actually say the same thing at 8:50 when they replace the partially-eaten tuna. Japanese viewers typically are sticklers when it comes to wasting food on TV resulting in mobs of angry phone calls to TV stations. They probably got a fair share of calls with this one. Cute cats though nonetheless.
