This isn't supposed to by your entire workout either. Of course you need to do cardio.

I have lost 40 pounds so far and am 10 away from my goal. How often should I do this if i work out 3-4 days a week. Run for 30 min and do this once? Or maybe once before running and one after?

ya know 20mins should be the least that you workout. Main because of cardio. Can't have a health body without a healthy heart.

well, i wouldnt only do this, i would do running and add this as some more strenght building. try runny 6 miles, doing an intense ab workout, and then this. it burns. im required to do this for cross country every day. and half a mile does shit for you
