The concept of communism is for everyone to do work, but no one gets anymore than the next guy, so you're all doing work for the good of everyone involved. The root word of communism is obviously community. But I guess I could be thinking of Marxism. I always get them mixed up. But I'm pretty sure that's the basic concept of communism, but it's never worked out AT ALL in any country because it's always been large, poor countries that attempted it. You, sir, seem very angry. Calm down.
