And a more dense object weighs more than a less dense object, size being equal. In other words, muscle weighs more than fat. That's why you typically gain wait when you first start working out. You build muscle faster than you burn fat, at least initially.

im just a kid but wii fit looks fun to play and hang out with friends if you wanan exercise go into the neighborhood if its cold just run a little more to get little bit warmer wii fit i think in my opinion will not make you lose weight unless you play like 10 hrs

who is talking about hundreds of pounds? Waterweight and time of day can account for about 3-5 pounds in my experience. So, I'm not quite sure who your comment was aimed at, but it's silly.
