Baha'is are prohibited from joining secret societies. I do not wish to continue a discussion on such a topic. Actually there is a Baha'i obelisk atop Mt. Carmel that marks the spot of a future House of Worship. BTW, all Baha'i Houses of Worship are gifts to the people of all Faiths, not just for Baha'is.Peace.

I was born in a Bahai family. The difference is i actually read the "ketab Aghdas". If people would only read "holy books" such as Quran, Bible, Aghdas and others, they would realize how elementry and outdated these books are. In the Aghdas, there are many quotes that are sexist, racist and simply ridiculous. Just because you are told to respect it, does not make it worthy of respec.Many Bahai's only follow because they inherited religion (like many other religious people)

In no place that I know of (and I have been a Baha'i for 45 years) does Baha'u'llah call Himself the "13th Imam". It is true that His Forerunner-the Bab-claimed to be the the '12th Imam". Baha'u'llah's claim is that He is the 'Return' promised by the Rasuls (Apostles) of all the world's major religions. Peace.
