Do you really just do the one set of each exercise daily?? That just seems too simple. Im trying to get a wee bit healthier and maybe lose some weight while Im at it and just want to do the exercises right! Hope to hear back, thank you for making the 5 min workouts! It makes it so much easier :D!

I lost 5 pounds doing these workouts everyday. These ab workouts still kill me lol.
